DETAILS ON HOW TO TAKE PART
OtoneuroRun – APO Annual Congress
To improve balance, bone density and muscle strength, and to increase mobility, we invite all those registered for Otoneuro2023 to take part in the 1st run at the APO Annual Congress.
The route will be around 5 km long, taking in some of the most charming streets in the city of
Aveiro.
We’ll meet at the departure point (Mélia Ria Hotel) on 13 October at 7.15 am.
