Objective: This study aims to assess the main otological and audiological abnormalities associated with Goldenhar syndrome (oculo-auriculo-vertebral spectrum).

Materials and methods: Clinical and audiological assessment of 48 children diagnosed with Goldenhar syndrome who were followed up at the ENT Clinic of the Maria Pia Children’s Hospital, aged between 0.2 and 14 years.
