The 2017 Winter Meeting took place in Campo Maior, organised by Dr Rosa Castillo, on 18 February at the Coffee Science Centre. Commander Rui Nabeiro was the patron of the event and was the subject of a heartfelt tribute. The topic discussed was positional vertigo.
The fact that Commander Rui Nabeiro has made the facilities of the Coffee Science Centre available and has long supported various medical initiatives led to a simple tribute and the recognition that was thus bestowed upon him.
