Dear colleagues and members,
Another cycle of our Association’s activities will soon come to an end, with the elections and the Congress taking place at the Grande Hotel do Luso.
In keeping with tradition and the gentlemen’s agreement amongst our Members, which is governed by the principle of rotation between the North, Centre and South, the next term of the Presidency will be held by a Member from the South.
The completion of yet another cycle demonstrates great vitality, which is evident in the concerted efforts to disseminate new knowledge, in the organisation of meetings, conferences and seminars, and in the quality and excellence of its website.
Now that we are entering the election period, it is the duty of all Members to vote, as we are set to elect a Board which, over the next term, will implement its election manifesto and maintain the Association’s unique dynamism, which is recognised by all.
Votes may be cast in person or by post.
The Electoral Assembly will take place on 27 May 2016 at the Grande Hotel do Luso – in Luso.
