On 25 and 26 May 2018, the APO Annual Congress took place in Peniche, organised by Dr Conceição Monteiro and coordinated by Drs Pedro Araújo and Maria Manuel Henriques.
The meeting was chaired by Prof. Hermínio Pérez Garrigues as its Honorary Chair. National and international speakers were invited, including Profs. David Zee (Johns Hopkins Hospital) and Nicolás Pérez (Clinica de Navarra/Madrid). A satellite course on the clinical management of patients with vertigo (Prof. D. Zee) brought the scientific programme to a close.
